Suite 001 has a terrace of 50 square metres, larger than the 35 it belongs to. Suite 004 has a patio of 40 alongside its 45. Both are on the ground floor, both have the jacuzzi outside, and soundproof windows with insect screens keep out the street and the mosquitoes. In both, the bedroom has warm parquet underfoot and a queen size bed. The full bathroom holds a walk in shower, bathrobes and premium toiletries. In the living area there is a sofa made up as a proper bed, a dining table and a sitting corner, and the kitchenette is fully equipped, with a Nespresso machine, oven and hob.

Outside, your jacuzzi and a dining set wait for meals in the open air. The building offers a rooftop pool looking out to the sea, a shared sauna and terrace, and lift access. Keypad self check in makes arrival easy. The beach is seven minutes on foot, with the marina and Hellinikon Park a few minutes by car.
