What we collect

This website does not require an account and stores no guest profiles. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we use your details only to answer you and to arrange your stay.

Reservations are processed by our booking partner under its own privacy policy, presented during booking.

Guests who reserve the sauna during their stay give us a surname, a suite number and an email address. We keep them in the hotel calendar only for the session itself, use the email for the confirmation and the cancellation link, and share them with no one.

Cookies

The website uses only what is technically necessary for it to work. We measure visits anonymously: we count how often each page is opened and where visitors arrive from, never who they are. This is done without cookies and without identifying your device, by Vercel, the company that already hosts this website, so no new party receives your data. There is nothing here to accept or refuse, because nothing is stored on your device.
