This is the one with a separate living room, so the evening and the night happen in different rooms. The bedroom is given over to a queen size bed with hypoallergenic linens; in the separate living room, the sofa is made up as a proper bed for a third guest. The kitchenette comes with an oven, a hob and a Nespresso machine, the bathroom with a walk in shower, bathrobes and slippers. Parquet floors run throughout, and electronic locks let you check in on your own.

Your private balcony has a table and chairs, a quiet corner for morning coffee above the street. Soundproof windows keep the nights calm. On the ground floor the suite opens onto its own patio instead of a balcony. The building offers a rooftop pool, shared sauna and terrace, plus on site parking for a limited number of cars, and a lift to every floor. The Athenian Riviera coastline is seven minutes on foot, and Alimos Marina a few minutes by car.
