Fitness Room

The equipment is Technogym throughout, enough to keep your own routine going for a week without hunting for a gym in the neighbourhood or paying for five days of membership. The changing rooms are next door, with double washbasins in travertine and fresh towels on the shelves.

You go down when it suits you, early before the city wakes or late after a day out. The sauna is on this floor too, so one tends to follow the other.
